How do I join a Kaizen server?
The easiest way: install the Kaizen Launcher, then click Join on the server page. The launcher downloads the mods and connects you.
You can also use DZSA Launcher or the official launcher with the IP address shown on the server page.
Do I need to install mods?
Yes, some servers use mods. With the Kaizen Launcher (or DZSA), they are downloaded and updated automatically before you connect.
Are your servers available on console?
No, our servers are PC only for now.
How do I contact the staff or report a player?
All requests go through the ticket system on our Discord, with as many details as possible (time, place, video if possible). No request is handled in game or by private message.
When do wipes happen?
Wipes are announced in advance on Discord and in the site news. The date of the last wipe is shown on each server page.
What is the priority queue?
When a server is full, the priority queue moves you ahead in the waiting line. It is available in the store and directly funds the servers.
I lost my gear or my vehicle, what can I do?
The staff does not refund losses caused by desync, restarts or bugged vehicles. If a server bug is proven, open a ticket with your evidence.
