Overview
No Man’s Z x Kaizen is the vanilla DayZ experience, enriched with content built to last: custom buildings, exclusive weapons, new vehicles and a bunker to explore.
Build your base, gather your team (5 players max) and set out to conquer Chernarus. Raids are allowed outside protected hours: a poorly designed base never stays standing for long.
Every building step is detailed in the wiki.

- Custom buildings: huts, palisades, gates, stepladder
- Exclusive weapons and extra vehicles

Server rules
These rules come on top of the Kaizen general rules.
Team size · category 1 to 3
5 players max per team.
Wipes
Vehicles are wiped on the 1st and 15th of each month, between 6:30 and 7 pm. Server wipes are announced on Discord.
Base building
Unraidable bases · category 1 to 2
A base must always be raidable by realistic means. Any structure exploiting a bug, clipping or blocking access in an abusive way will be removed.
Realistic bases · category 1 to 2
Buildings must not float and must remain logical. Stacking doors inside or behind one another is forbidden.
Building areas · category 1
You can build anywhere that is normally reachable in game and not blocked by script (see the no-build zones map).
Strategic points · category 2
Blocking access to fountains, military zones, police stations, fire stations, hospitals and unique-loot areas is forbidden. Bases must be at least 50 m away from these points.
Raids
Griefing · category 2
Only destroy what you need to get in and out. Destroying vehicles is tolerated as long as at least one vehicle is left intact on site.
Storage · category 2
You may steal a storage container if you take all of its contents or move them into another storage in the base. Emptying a storage onto the ground to make the gear despawn is forbidden.
Logging out in a base · category 2
Logging out inside someone else’s base, during a raid or not, is forbidden.
Realism
- Human boost: allowed.
- A vehicle or an item legitimately placed on the ground to reach a spot: allowed.
- Technical glitches (stacked campfires, items used to go through walls…): forbidden, category 3.
Protected hours
Damage to buildings is blocked:
- Monday to Thursday from 6 pm to midnight;
- Friday from 6 pm to 2 am;
- Saturday from 1 pm to 2 am;
- Sunday from 1 pm to midnight.
Outside these hours, raiding is allowed. Dismantling is possible at any time.
