Scenario 1: Conflict between players A player insults another on Discord and things escalate quickly. How do you handle it?

Scenario 2: Cheating suspicion without proof A group of players accuses someone of cheating, but you have no concrete proof. How do you react?

Scenario 3: Public criticism of moderation A player openly criticises moderation in a public channel, accusing the team of being unfair. How do you handle it?

Scenario 4: Repeat-offending new player A newcomer doesn't understand the rules and breaks them several times. How do you react?

Scenario 5: A colleague abusing their power You notice another moderator abusing their powers. What do you do?

Scenario 6: A request from a friend A friend asks you for information that regular players can't access. What do you do?

Scenario 7: Combat logging A player opens a ticket with a video showing their opponent disconnecting mid-gunfight after being hit. The accused says it was a crash. The logs show a clean disconnect. How do you decide?

Scenario 8: Stream sniping A partner streamer complains that a group hunts them down every session. They have clips of the group reaching their position less than 5 minutes after spawning. The accused group denies it and says "it's just luck". How do you handle it?

Scenario 9: Bug abuse / duplication You find out that a clan has an abnormal amount of LARs and NVGs. Investigating, you suspect item duplication. The clan leader is a regular donor and very active in the community. How do you proceed?
