Privacy policy

What this site collects

This site uses no audience measurement or advertising tools, and sets no tracking cookies.

It only uses three technical cookies:

• lang: remembers the language you chose with the FR / EN switch, for one year. It is only set if you change language.
• kaizen_survey: session cookie set only if you sign in with Discord to answer a survey. It expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
• kaizen_admin: session cookie reserved for staff members who log in to the administration.

Surveys

To answer a survey, you sign in with Discord. We only receive your Discord ID and username (“identify” permission: no email address, server list or messages). They are used to accept only one response per person.

Your answers and username are only visible to the Kaizen team. They are kept while the survey is being used, then deleted.

Staff applications

The recruitment form sends your answers (first name, in-game name, Discord username, age, email address and answers to the questions) to the recruitment team, in a private channel on our Discord. They are also stored on our server so they are not lost, then automatically deleted after 6 months.

You can ask for your application to be deleted at any time by opening a ticket on our Discord.

External services

• The Discord member count is fetched by our server from Discord: your browser does not contact Discord.
• Signing in to surveys goes through Discord, which has its own privacy policy.
• Links to Discord, the store, the Kaizen Launcher or social networks lead to services with their own privacy policies.
